Terms of service (AGB)

These terms govern the use of MetricPort, operated by Simon Grimm, Achstraße 47, 6844 Altach, Austria (“we”, see Impressum). By creating an account you accept them. The German term for these terms is Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB).

Service

MetricPort provides a hosted MCP endpoint that reads data from Google services you connect and returns it to AI clients you authorize. The service is read-only. We may change tools, limits and prices with notice on the changelog.

Your responsibilities

• Only connect Google accounts you are entitled to access. For client accounts, obtain your client’s permission.
• Keep API keys secret. Anyone with a key can read your connected data. Revoke keys you no longer use.
• Do not use the service to violate Google’s terms, scrape at scale, or circumvent limits.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance by Stripe, monthly or yearly, plus VAT where applicable. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Limits apply per plan as listed on the pricing page.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving reasons by emailing hello@simongrimm.at. Because MetricPort is a digital service that starts immediately, you agree at checkout that the service begins before the withdrawal period ends and that you pay a proportional amount for the days already used. After the 14 days, the subscription can be cancelled at any time to the end of the current billing period.

Prices and invoices

Prices are shown in EUR excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout according to your billing country. Invoices are issued electronically by Stripe. For business customers with a valid VAT id, reverse charge applies where permitted.

Data protection

How we handle your data and Google user data is described in the privacy policy. The privacy policy is part of these terms.

Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but provide the service without warranty. Google APIs may change or fail outside our control. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or Google’s terms.

Law

Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Feldkirch, Austria, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
